I don't care about Barlow's life, he's one of my favourite metal vocalist and will ever be. Anyway, he's back in Iced Earth and still sings very well, so who gives a fuck about what happened in the past???? MATT BARLOW FOREVER.

You assholes need to show some respect to Barlow. He left and became a cop (I refuse to use the term "pig") so he could be with his wife and kids. Seems fair to me. He's back for now anyway, so it's all cool.

Halford's not as great as he's been hyped up to be, though he is great. I'd take Russ Allen over him any day...though I'd take Russ Allen over most people. Other than that, I'd pretty much agree with you. I also think Tom Englund from Evergrey is highly underrated when it comes to his voice.

...wrong... Iron Maiden rocks but so does Iced Earth, Its hard to find quality bands thesedays and the two mentioned above are the best examples. So you think leaving a band in order to help others is bad?... I would disagree with you about that...

Well honestly, the guys I gave honorable mention to tend to cycle in and out of my top 3 depending on how much I've been listening to their bands at the time... And there are definitely people who sing "Halford-style" better than Halford, but you can't discount the fact that he pretty much invented that style... The guy from Everygrey is kinda different but still really good too.

Barlow became a cop. I respect him even more now. I saw the October 16th show in NYC and i guess that explains why his hair was short. They had a guy from a radio station, introduce the band-he said something along the lines of-unlike the other bands that denounce the military, schaffer and the band are patriots that fly the flag.
