Right.. a nice tutorial , the thing is that this guy has a big vertical and high CoG, so its easy for him to do it.

the only problem I see is having a spotter that can flip you. I mean i'm not fat, i'm about 5'11" 160 pounds and I can jump. So if I wanted a spotter to help me I don't know if a friend could really flip me to well.
